Our services involve troubleshooting faults, replacing defective components, and restoring optimal functionality. We dispatch expert technicians trained to service common brands and models.
2. Service Appointments and Schedule
Service appointments are scheduled based on mutual agreement between the client and Appliance Repair Wizard. We strive for quick response times and will make every effort to accommodate your preferred schedule. While we aim for punctuality, unexpected delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or previous job complexities. We will inform you of any significant delays.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Diagnostic Fee: A diagnostic fee is charged for our technician to visit your location, assess the appliance, and determine the fault. This fee covers the technician's time and expertise in identifying the problem. If you proceed with the repair service recommended by our technician, this diagnostic fee may be waived or applied towards the total repair cost, as mutually agreed upon prior to service.
- Repair Cost: The total repair cost will include parts, labor, and the diagnostic fee (if not waived). An estimate will be provided to you after diagnosis and before any repair work commences.
- Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods. Details on accepted payment methods will be provided at the time of service.
4. Warranty on Repairs
Appliance Repair Wizard provides a warranty on parts and labor for the specific repair performed. The duration and terms of this warranty will be communicated to you at the time of service and will typically cover the same fault within a specified period. This warranty does not cover new faults, damage caused by misuse, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Access: Ensure clear and safe access to the appliance for our technicians.
- Information: Provide accurate information regarding the appliance's issue and model details.
- Safety: Ensure the service area is safe for our technicians to work.
6. Limitation of Liability
Appliance Repair Wizard will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing its services. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
